MND has published its financial results
The MND Group has published its financial results for 2025. Consolidated profit after tax stood at 1.38 billion crowns, turnover amounted to 23.1 billion, and operating profit stood at 1.83 billion crowns.
These results were influenced in particular by developments in oil and gas prices on global markets and the continuing volatility of the energy sector. Energy trading activities accounted for the largest share of revenue. These were followed by energy supplies to end customers and the sale of extracted hydrocarbons.
As at 31 December 2025, the MND Group supplied energy to 272,000 supply points, of which more than 116,000 were natural gas supplies and more than 155,000 were electricity supplies.
In the field of exploration and production, the Group operated in the Czech Republic and Ukraine. In the Czech Republic, it extracted oil and natural gas from 36 fields, whilst natural gas production continued to grow in Ukraine.
Exploration and production wells were drilled in both markets during the year. The MND Group also continued to invest in energy infrastructure and the development of new projects, including renewable energy sources and energy storage.
