MND opens new offices in Lviv

More space, more light and room for growth. On 18 November this year, MND Ukraine officially opened its new modern offices in Lviv. The spacious, wood-panelled and airy premises offer employees significantly better working conditions and a representative setting for meetings. The new headquarters in the very centre of the city also allows for further planned growth of the team.

The main reason for the move was the long-term lack of space in the original premises, which MND Ukraine had been using since November 2016. After nine years, they were no longer sufficient in terms of capacity, so the company decided to move to new, better located and more flexible office facilities. The availability of offices belonging to the Kozytsky family's partner company and the possibility of equipping the premises with modern features that correspond to current work trends also played a major role.

MND Ukraine thus moved to the city centre to brand new premises that could be designed precisely according to today's needs. And the difference? Huge. The old offices had problematic access via narrow outdoor stairs, which were so slippery in winter that entering them resembled an adrenaline sport. In addition, the market in the neighbourhood did not look very representative during important meetings.

"We recognise the growing need for accessibility and are preparing to welcome people with physical disabilities – war veterans," says Lukáš Svozil, head of MND Ukraine, highlighting the advantages of the new offices.

More light and comfort

The new Lviv offices are the exact opposite of the previous ones. Light, wood, generous space and beautiful meeting rooms make work a more pleasant experience. Currently, around 30 people work here, but the capacity is up to 60 employees, and the company expects the team to grow further.

Another big plus is the location in the centre of Lviv. Excellent accessibility and lively surroundings give the offices a whole new atmosphere.

MND Ukraine also confirms that it plans to increase its capacity in the future. The new premises allow for further development and expansion of the team to meet the growing needs of the company. The company has invested approximately CZK 10 million in office equipment, with an emphasis on functionality, ergonomic facilities and modern technology.

"With this investment, we are clearly declaring our belief in the further development of MND's activities in Ukraine," adds Lukáš Svozil.
