New premises for the Energy Storage Business Dispatch Centre
At the beginning of April this year, the MND ES business control room was moved to a completely newly renovated office. The former workshop of the MaR department on the third floor of the old building in Hodonín was used for this purpose. The reconstruction was carried out in cooperation with MND, a. s., where MND financed the construction works and provided all IT support, including the installation of a new technological network or connection of the main dispatching point to the central UPS. MND ES then provided the equipment at a cost of CZK 650,000 excluding VAT.
The intention when designing the new office was to combine efficient working space with a rest area, thus providing comprehensive facilities for continuous work in the business control room. The final visualisation of the office was created by interior designer Jitka Kosinová, whose design imaginatively combined functional solutions with a modern look and subtly incorporated corporate colours. Almost all the joinery work was done by Mr. Marek Řihák from BESTWOOD.
The overall project, from its commission to the final stage of implementation, took one year. Now the dispatchers can enjoy the new premises, which will certainly provide both an efficient and pleasant working environment. A big thank you to Filip Červenka, who was in charge of the new office project, as well as to everyone else who contributed in any way to the renovation.

Herbucha from Moravia - Štěpán Vican from Energy Storage has home production of kombucha
Someone has a cellar full of preserves, another has a cellar full of wine. Štěpán Vican, a sales dispatcher from MND Energy Storage, grows mushrooms in his cellar. Specifically SCOBY, which he then uses to make special tea drinks or kombucha in combination with herbs. He calls them Herbucha and now he is opening an e-shop: kombuchazmoravy.cz. He wants to show people that kombucha can be very tasty, because most people are fixated that it's healthy, but not always good.
